St Luke’s ~ San Lucas is a growing bilingual parish of the Episcopal Church in Vancouver, Washington founded in 1853. Fine music for worship has always been a hallmark of the Episcopal Church. At St Luke’s ~ San Lucas we endeavor to continue that long-standing tradition.
The Position:
We are looking for a versatile, committed, energetic and enthusiastic musician to serve as Director of Music/Organist. This is a half-time position, 20 hours per week, 12 months per year. Annual salary is $30,000-35,000. Generous insurance benefits, pension plan, vacation, continuing education, sick leave, and paid holidays included.
The Location:
St Luke’s ~ San Lucas is in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. It has the benefit of being a smaller community with access to Portland, Oregon just across the Columbia River. The area is known for its proximity to Mt. Hood and the Pacific Ocean with many recreational opportunities.
