Meditation on the Seven Last Words from the Cross

Enter into the solemn mystery of Good Friday through this contemplative service of poetry, readings, hymns, and choral music sung by the Cathedral Schola. Through the voices of poets and composers across centuries, join us as we meditate on Christ’s final words from the cross.

Music includes works by Josquin des Prez, William Byrd, and Clemens non Papa, alongside a new composition by Canon for Cathedral Music Katie Webb.
