Healthy leaders and healthy faith communities start with our Vestries and Bishop Advisory Committees (BACs).
In 2023, the Diocesan Consultants and Missioners launched formation days across our convocations to develop a common language and understanding of our roles and responsibilities.
This time was also designed to strengthen our leadership teams, establish hopes for the year, and become grounded as spiritual leaders.
