(In person only; led by Fumi Tosu) The prayer guidelines left us by 16th-century mystic Saint Ignatius of Loyola provide practical tips for bringing the “stuff” of our lives and our world into prayer. For our first Lenten Mini-Retreat, come explore how using our five senses in prayer, feeling the movement of our hearts, and bringing our concerns directly to Jesus can help us navigate our tumultuous world. The retreat will alternate between guidance and input from the instructor and time for both silent & guided prayer.
