Immerse yourself in the beauty of sacred music from a variety of traditions and eras, and reflect on how music connects us with the Spirit. Through deep listening, contemplation, and dialogue, we’ll explore the ways music moves within us, inviting a sense of stillness, inspiration, and connection. Together, we’ll practice listening with our hearts—and listening to our hearts—for what arises.
