Thanksgiving Day Holy Eucharist

This will be a special service of Holy Eucharist in honor of Thanksgiving. The word “Eucharist” comes from the Greek word εὐχαριστία, (translit. eucharistía), meaning “Thanksgiving.” One of the things that we do each time we celebrate the Eucharist is partake in this supreme act of gratitude to God, just as Jesus gave thanks when he broke bread with his disciples.
