Vestry/BAC Retreat – Central, Willamette, and South Coast Convocations

Hosted at St. Thomas, Eugene. Cost: $12, includes lunch.
REGISTER HEREEveryone serving on vestries or Bishop’s Advisory Committees (BACs) is invited to join Vestry/BAC Days! These retreats are designed to equip church leaders with essential tools for effective ministry and faithful service.
Participants will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of the roles and responsibilities of vestries and BACs.
- Learn how to set goals, plan, and evaluate in ways that support their congregation’s mission.
- Build connections with fellow leaders across the diocese and practice healthy leadership for thriving communities.
This training will be facilitated by Canons Chris Craun, Derek Moyer, and members of the Diocesan Consulting Team, who bring a wealth of knowledge and practical wisdom.
