Workshop: The Labyrinth in Challenging Times

October 5 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Walking the labyrinth can provide a space for insight, contemplation, and restoration amid life’s challenges. Join us as we explore the history and sacred design of labyrinths in these complicated times. Through walking, journaling, poetry, and conversation, we will search for the gifts the labyrinth can bring. (In person only)

Registration fee: $50-75, sliding scale; Light lunch will be provided; Open to everyone; no experience required.

About the presenter: Patricia Newton is Chair of the Trinity Labyrinth Guild and an Advanced Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator. She has presented numerous labyrinth workshops on kindness, opening the heart, and the labyrinth as a spiritual tool. Her experiences walking the medieval labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral have created the basis for this workshop.

This workshop is a Veritidas Qualifying Workshop for those seeking facilitator certification. Learn more at veritidas.org. The workshop will be followed by our weekly Public Labyrinth Walk from 2:30-4:30 pm.
