Below are the scheduled trainings and hearings for the 136th Annual Meeting of the Diocesan Convention. These meetings will be held throughout the month of October. Delegates should plan to attend one delegate training and all of the hearings.
Zoom links and passcodes will be emailed to delegates for all trainings and hearings, which will be recorded.
If your faith community needs to make a delegate change, please complete the delegate change form by Friday, October 11.

- Delegate training – Thursday, Oct. 17, 6:30–7:15 pm
Hearings
- Budget hearing – Tuesday, Oct. 15, 6:30–7:30 pm
- Proposed canonical amendment hearing – Wednesday, Oct. 16, 6:30–7:30 pm
- Proposed resolutions hearing – Monday, Oct. 21, 6:30–7:30 pm
