Below you will find the registration form for the upcoming Hope & Fire youth event, Aug. 3–4 at St. James/Santiago Episcopal Church in Lincoln City. We are excited to share this special experience with our diocesan youth!

Saturday Aug. 3
Hospitality at St. James Santiago Episcopal Church starts at 11:30 am, 2490 NE Highway 101, Lincoln City. Please plan to arrive by 12 pm.
There will be a sand art contest in Lincoln City Saturday, Aug. 3. While this is not a part of Hope & Fire, and diocesan leadership will not be there, this will be a fun family activity to do before drop-off at St. James/Santiago. 11:30 am–12 pm: Drop off and hospitality at St. James/Santiago Episcopal Church
12–1 pm: Lunch
1–3 pm: Community Service Project
3–5 pm: Free time / Sand art contest
5–6 pm: Downtime
6–7 pm: Dinner
7–8 pm: Ritual and Meaning Making
8–10 pm: Movie night / S’mores
10 pm: Bed
Sunday Aug. 4
8–9 am: Breakfast
9–10 am: Service – families are welcome to join, with youth participating in the service
10 am: Pickup
Pack List
Warm clothes (rain boots, coat/raincoat, warm socks, sweater, pants, gloves, etc.)
Walking shoes for the beach
Sunscreen
Sleeping bag
Pillow
Sleeping mat (optional, but useful)
Pajamas
Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
Change of clothes for Sunday.
